Our exclusive Patent-Pending setting spells out your special initials while holding up your choice of precious or semi-precious stones such as Diamonds, Rubies, Emeralds, Blue pink or yellow sapphires, blue topaz or amethyst. You can write the initials of the most special people in your life, or write a word or a phrase. The necklace is fully adjustable with a silicone ball and is perfect to be worn as a choker or longer depending on how you want to layer with your outfit of the day.
