Design Fee PolicyFor custom designs not currently offered on our website, an initial design concept may be provided at our discretion. As pricing is determined based on the final approved design, additional design requests or multiple concepts require a $500 non-refundable design deposit.

This deposit will be applied toward the purchase of a final piece once a design is approved. Clients may request revisions to the selected design; however, the deposit covers design time only and does not guarantee a final purchase.The $500 design deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. If you choose not to proceed with the custom piece, the deposit may be applied as store credit toward any other purchase on our website.By proceeding with a custom design request, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Free 2–3 Day Insured Shipping on all U.S. orders. All packages are shipped via UPS with full insurance and tracking.

International Orders International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges:
— Non-custom pieces: Eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging.
— Custom & personalized pieces: All custom orders are final sale. Before production, we send you a digital rendering for approval, so you can be confident before we begin.

Every Noush piece is backed by a full 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. If anything goes wrong with craftsmanship or quality, we’ll make it right — no questions asked.

Lifetime Support. We stand behind our pieces for life. After your warranty period, repairs are available starting at $30 + shipping. Note: repairs made by any other jeweler will void your warranty.

3. Handcrafting: Our artisans craft your piece in our LA studio.
4. Quality Check: Every piece is inspected before it ships.
5. Delivered to You: Shipped via UPS in 2–3 days with full insurance.
