Our Commitment

At Noush Jewelry, every piece is handcrafted to order in Los Angeles with solid gold and natural diamonds. Because most of our designs are personalized or made specifically for you, we have a carefully considered policy that protects both our customers and the integrity of our craft.

 

Custom & Personalized Pieces — Final Sale

All custom, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are final sale. This includes pieces with names, initials, dates, birthstones, special sizing, Arabic or Hebrew script, map designs, or any custom design elements.

Before we begin production, we send you a detailed digital rendering of your piece for approval. Once you approve the design, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned. Please review your preview carefully — we are happy to make adjustments before you give your approval.

If your made-to-order piece is still in production and has not yet been approved, we can cancel your order and issue store credit.

 

Non-Custom Pieces — Returns & Exchanges

For non-custom, ready-to-ship items, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, including the Noush box and travel pouch
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, minus the original shipping cost. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

To start a return, email us at info@noushjewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.

 

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at info@noushjewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will respond with return instructions and a shipping address
  4. Pack your item securely in its original packaging and ship via UPS or FedEx with tracking
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days

Refunds

Approved returns on non-custom items will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the original shipping cost. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.

Refunds to the original payment method are also issued in the following circumstances:

  • The item received is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • The wrong item was delivered

 

Store Credit

Store credit is issued for cancellations on made-to-order pieces still in production. Store credit is valid for all future purchases on noushjewelry.com, including custom items, and cannot be applied to previous orders or used retroactively.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for all orders
  • For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes

 

Final Sale Items

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • All custom, personalized, or engraved pieces
  • Custom sizes and custom gemstones
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing packaging

 

Holiday Return Policy

For orders placed between September 15 and December 25, non-custom items may be returned or exchanged for store credit until January 8. This applies to gift purchases as well.

 

Damages & Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at info@noushjewelry.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
