Every Noush piece is handcrafted in Los Angeles with solid gold and natural diamonds. We stand behind our work — and we're here to support you long after your piece arrives.
Warranty Coverage
1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty Every piece purchased from noushjewelry.com is covered by a full 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. If your piece experiences any issue related to craftsmanship or quality within the first year, we will repair it at no charge.
Lifetime Support After your warranty period, we remain available to care for your piece for life. After your warranty period, most repairs remain complimentary. A fee applies only for significant damage such as lost stones, structural damage, or pieces requiring a remake. If return shipping is required, a $30 shipping fee applies. We will always provide a full assessment before any work or charges are discussed.
What the warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Stone setting issues
- Structural craftsmanship problems
What the warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Repairs performed by any jeweler other than Noush Jewelry
- Lost or stolen items once delivered to the customer
Warranty Void
Any repair or alteration performed by a jeweler other than Noush Jewelry will immediately void your warranty. If your piece needs attention, always contact us first — we will take care of you.
Ring Resizing
Many of our rings can be resized, though not all designs are eligible. Minor size adjustments are complimentary. Resizing that requires adding gold — typically one size up or more — starts at $60. The customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.

International Repairs
For international repair requests, two-way shipping fees apply. We recommend using a fully insured and trackable shipping method when sending your piece to us.
How to Request a Repair

Email us at info@noushjewelry.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue
- We will review and respond within 2 business days
- If the repair is covered under warranty, we will provide a prepaid shipping label
- If the repair incurs a fee, we will send you an estimate before proceeding
- Once repaired and inspected, your piece will be shipped back to you
This policy applies only to pieces purchased directly from noushjewelry.com. For pieces purchased through a third-party retailer, please contact that retailer directly.
Jewelry Care Guide
Your Noush piece is made to be worn every day — and with the right care, it will last for generations. Here's how to keep it looking its best.
Gold
- Clean with mild soapy water and a soft brush
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a lint-free cloth
- Avoid exposure to chlorine, bleach, and harsh cleaning products
- Remove before swimming, exercising, or applying perfume and lotions
- Store in your Noush travel case when not wearing
Natural Diamonds
- Diamonds can be cleaned with mild soapy water and a soft brush
- For a deeper clean, use a commercial jewelry cleaner designed for diamonds — always follow the manufacturer's instructions
- Avoid abrasive surfaces — while diamonds are extremely hard, the gold settings can be scratched
- Have diamond settings professionally checked once a year for loose stones
Turquoise & Lapis Lazuli
- These stones are porous and sensitive — never soak them in water or use chemical cleaners
- Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth only
- Keep away from perfume, lotions, and household chemicals
- Store separately as these stones can scratch easily
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight which can cause fading over time
Onyx & Malachite
- Clean with a slightly damp soft cloth — do not soak
- Avoid ultrasonic cleaners and steam cleaning
- Malachite is particularly sensitive to acids and chemicals — keep away from perfume and cleaning products
- Store separately in a soft-lined compartment
Mother of Pearl & Pink Opal
- These are among the most delicate materials we use — handle with extra care
- Wipe with a soft dry cloth only — never use water or chemical cleaners
- Keep away from perfume, hairspray, and lotions entirely
- Store flat in a soft pouch or compartment to prevent scratching
- Avoid extreme temperature changes
Labradorite
- Clean gently with a soft damp cloth and mild soap
- Rinse carefully and dry immediately
- Avoid ultrasonic cleaners
- Store separately to prevent surface scratching
General Storage Tips
