Our Commitment
Every Noush piece is made to order and handcrafted in Los Angeles. We take the same care in getting your piece to you safely as we do in creating it — every order ships fully insured with tracking and signature confirmation.
Made to Order — Production Time
Because every piece is custom-made specifically for you, please allow 3-4 weeks for production after you approve your digital design preview. Your order will ship within 15-20 business days from the date of design approval.
Need it sooner? Expedited production is available for $85. Expedited orders ship within 10-15 business days after design approval. To request expedited production, note it at checkout or contact us at info@noushjewelry.com before placing your order.

International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide via UPS or DHL, depending on your location. We are unable to ship to countries subject to international trade sanctions or locations not serviceable by our carriers.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time through the UPS or DHL website.
Signature Confirmation
To protect the value of your piece, signature confirmation is requested on all Noush shipments. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package. If a delivery attempt is missed, UPS or DHL will leave instructions for rescheduling or pickup.
