How long does a personalized piece take?

Three to four weeks. Every piece is made to order, and we send a digital rendering for your approval before production begins.

Which metals can I choose?

Solid 14K and 18K gold in yellow, rose and white. Never plated.

Can I return a personalized piece?

Custom pieces are final sale, which is why we send a rendering first. Non-custom pieces can be returned within 7 days, unworn and in original packaging.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Rates and delivery times vary by destination; duties and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
