Step 1: Order

Our website offers customers the opportunity to personalize each piece down to the finest details. click on your favorite product and Use the options available to customize your order to the finest details. in the personalization box you can write any additional detail, or the name or engraving you would like. Step3: Approval 

We will reach out to you via email with a detailed rendering of your order similar to this one, allowing you to review every aspect of the design. At this stage, you can request any changes you desire, as many times as needed. Our goal is to ensure your piece is crafted to perfection and meets your exact pref- erences. If you are not happy with the designs for any reason we will cancel and refund your order in full. Once you are happy with the design, with your approval we will start production on your piece.

Step4: Production

Upon your approval, the design is 3D printed in wax and meticulously handcrafted within four weeks, ensuring each piece receives the utmost care and attention to detail. We use only the finest materials, including 14k or 18k solid gold, natural diamonds, and gemstones.

Step5: Assembly

We handset, hand clean and assemble your jewelry using the most skilled craftsmen in Los Angeles. every piece then goes through our QC to ensure the quality will meet your expectation.

Step6: Shipping

Within 4 weeks your order will be ready to ship. once package is shipped you will recieve a fedex tracking number for domestic orders and DHL number for international order. All our Shippings are ensured and signature at the time of delivery is required. Orders are delivered within 3 days in United states and 5-7 days for international.
