The Noush 1-Year Warranty

Every Noush piece is handcrafted in Los Angeles with solid gold and natural diamonds. We stand behind our craftsmanship completely — which is why every piece purchased from noushjewelry.com comes with a full 1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty from the date of purchase.

We make jewelry meant to be worn every day and passed down for generations. This warranty is our commitment to that promise.

 

What Our Warranty Covers

✅ Defects in craftsmanship or materials from normal wear
✅ Issues resulting from the manufacturing process
✅ Structural failure of clasps, chains, or settings due to craftsmanship
✅ Stone setting issues under normal wearing conditions

 

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

❌ Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches or surface marks
❌ Damage caused by improper care, exposure to harsh chemicals, chlorine, or excessive force 
❌ Lost or stolen items once delivered to the customer 
❌ Repairs or alterations performed by any jeweler other than Noush Jewelry — this will void your warranty immediately
❌ Damage caused by resizing performed by a third party

 

Lifetime Support

Our relationship with you doesn't end after one year.

After your warranty period, most repairs remain complimentary. A fee applies only for significant damage such as lost stones, structural damage, or pieces requiring a remake. If return shipping is required, a $30 shipping fee applies. We will always provide a full assessment before any charges are discussed.

If your piece needs attention at any point — whether it's one year or ten years after purchase — reach out to us. We will take care of you.

 

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  1. Email us at info@noushjewelry.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue
  2. We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days
  3. If approved, we will either repair or replace the piece at no charge
  4. If the original design is no longer available, we will offer store credit toward a similar piece
  5. If the issue falls outside of warranty coverage, we will provide a repair quote so you can continue enjoying your piece

 

Important Notes

  • This warranty applies only to pieces purchased directly from noushjewelry.com
  • For pieces purchased through a third-party retailer, please contact that retailer directly
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
